Total price is determined according to the type of house (house, townhouse, flat…), the conditions of it and the activities/areas that you require. The first cleaning will help us to leave everything up to our standard, we’ll work with more detail and we’ll remove things that need more attention such as dust, cobwebs, mould, grease, etc. after it will be just maintenance.
